I heard that you were feeling down, so I thought I’d just tell you something …

Stop dwelling on all the wrong things you’ve done and the failures you’ve made. They’re there to learn from and help you move on, not hold you back.

When you do take that step forward and leave all that baggage behind you, you’ll see that those mistakes and shortcomings are just stepping stones for you to pave your path.

And don’t think for a moment that you’re traveling this road alone. I’ll be right here. You may not see me sometimes, but that’s because I’m just a little ahead of you.

But even then, I’ll be waiting for you to catch up to me.

Hey, you. Yes, YOU. I just want to thank you. Thank you for living because I know it’s harder than anyone ever thinks it to be. Thank you for trying, even if you fail; I’m glad you put in the effort. Thank you for smiling even when it hurts. Thank you for crying because everyone seems to have dry eyes nowadays. Thank you for feeling something for everything because it proves that you’re still connected to this world. Thank you for all the big things and all the small things you’ve done because they are all testaments that you lived in this world.

Thank you because … well … because you deserve it. You may not think or feel you do, but you do. So …
