Minako has probably already hit the “Acceptance” stage of grief for people who haven’t even died yet.

Yes. There are only 2 volumes in the Codename: Sailor V series and both have been translated/reprinted; you can check your local bookstore to see if they have it or order it online. If your local library is up to snuff on their graphic novels, they may have copies.
