Mako though, you guys. MAKO.

Out of everyone, EVEN HARUKA THANK YOU, Mako’s the only one actually doing well in this massive onslaught. KILLING IT WITH HER FISTS, BY THE WAY, like she got that “power phrases take too long fuck that” when nobody else did.

And what takes her down? Ami getting the snot beaten out of her, which Mako notices when she SPECIFICALLY LOOKS AROUND to try to see how Ami is doing, then goes to protect her and gets ambushed.

I. Love. Everything. In. This.

The only way anything is EVER gong to take Mako down is her protecting the people she loves. It’s her greatest strength and greatest weakness, every single time.

Now I’m thinking of the Silver Millennium and how Mako would have fallen. Darn it! Tears are swelling.

idesofnovember: I love how Usagi appears to be eating asparagus wrapped in prosciutto or something like that which - A. I can totally see Mako-chan making because it’s classy as fuck and B. I love that Usagi would eat even though it’s not your typical food for a 14 year old and it’s foreign (you can tell cuz she’s eating with a fork) and probably ‘weird’ but she’s still like FOOD I LIKE FOOD LET ME TRY OMG YUM! Usagi and Mako-chan would totally be my foodie buddies. I’d want them to be my Tokyo food guides.  Mako-chan would be like, “this place makes good nouveau-continental cuisine but I find them heavy on the fennel” and Usagi would be like, “THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST TABEHOUDAI but they don’t let me in anymore after that one time. See that’s my picture on the wall where it says ‘Do not serve’. NO problem - DISGUISE PEN POWER!”
